Establishment of Textile Vocational Institute and Rehabilitation of Trained Tribal and Non-Tribal Manpower in Chittagong Hill tracts (Revised)

Implementation of SSC (Vocational) Textile Course (Revised)

(i) Implementation of SSC Vocational Textile Course in 27 Textile Vocational Institute by abolishing one year Textile Artisan Course.

(ii) To convert the peripatetic nature of Textile Institutes in to permanent nature. In the 1^st phase-9 Institutes will be established permanently, and subsequently phase wise rest 19 Institutes will be established permanently.

(iii) Creation of floor level skilled ,manpower for textile industries specially for Garments industry.
